Overview
At DKGlow, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
Returns
- Eligible Items: All beauty products may be returned within 30 days if unused and in original packaging.
- Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, you may exchange it for the same product.
To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at contact@dkglow.com with your order details and proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
- Check your bank account or payment method for any pending transactions.
- Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item, email us at contact@dkglow.com, and send the defective or damaged item to:

Shipping for Returns
- Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
